Our final count of 1,505 participants and 208 volunteers was 1,713 people and dogs, making Drumstick Dash the largest race ever held in the City of Roanoke who came out on Thanksgiving morning to provide food and safe shelter for homeless families in 2007. The FNB DRUMSTICK DASH has quickly become Roanoke's largest family reunion with families coming from all over the United States.
